LATENESS POLICY

We understand that things happen! However, to respect everyone's time, please be aware of the following:

- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of €35 will be applied to your booking. 

Please call or text if you're running late so we can do our best to accommodate you.

We appreciate and understand your cooperation in keeping everything running smoothly!

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, a no-show fee of at least 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 

Same day cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will incur a flat fee of €40 which must be paid before any new appointment can be booked.

 If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show and will be cancelled.

If you are feeling unwell or have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen.
