Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, a no-show fee of at least 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 

Same day cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will incur a flat fee of €40 which must be paid before any new appointment can be booked.

 If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show and will be cancelled.
